What starts strongest will finish strongest

Let's start the new year with inspiration and motivation.

Firstly, happy New Year to everyone who is reading these words. I will not send you a lot of wishes, but I prefer to share with you some notes to start your new year with a new vision, new energy, and move forward to achieve and hold onto your ambitions by the end of this year.

But before I start sharing my notes, I want you, my dear reader, to know that the years are like a train, they are going to the same destination. I know you have the same ambitions, the same obstacles, and problems, and you don't know how to start. It's your opportunity now to get up, take the right decision, and embark on the train. Remember, it's your choice. Also, remember that the problems you faced in the previous year will stay the same without change if you don't take the step and go ahead. The train will take its course with or without you.

Unfortunately, obstacles can't let us concentrate and take a break. We see them as the biggest problem without a solution. We don't realize that it's about how to handle our mind. Instead of focusing on the center of the situation, we should learn how to manage our mind. Manage the words we speak to ourselves, negative and positive words, manage our emotions, our visions, everything has a different dimension to see from. The mind is the greatest gift given to humans, and it's what gives us the strength to create all the magical things we see now.

What impacts our feelings can change what we see, and what we see is just a complex mental construction of our own making. Our fears, critics, excuses, shortcuts, justifications, and surrender are just fiction we perceive as reality. Remember the night you passed afraid from the dark, you had fear that something bad would happen to you, but you were surprised that in the morning nothing had happened. It was created by your mind.

Hold yourself responsible for every moment, every thought, and every detail. See beyond your fears, recognize your assumptions, harness your internal strength, silence your internal critic, correct your misconceptions about luck and success, accept your strangest point and your weakness, understand the difference between them, and start making progress. Open yourself to your bountiful blessings. Choose to let go of negative thoughts. You are the creator of your reality. Take these three soldiers with you: intellect, instinct, and inspiration. You will always achieve your dreams.

Remember, we are the authors of our stories. It's not just a list of events; we can choose to change the way we interpret and retell our stories, even if we are constrained by the facts. Don't listen to anyone who tries to get you to shut up or change your story.
